When you use Bob, we may also collect and process the information needed to operate the live experience, including microphone audio during your live chat with Bob only, session identifiers, timestamps, duration, technical diagnostics, summaries, transcripts, audio recordings, and related session artifacts when those are created through the systems that support the experience.
We may also collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and basic usage or reliability data. Bob does not record video or access your camera at any time.

We use information to operate the site, deliver the Bob experience, respond to inquiries, create follow-up materials, maintain security, improve reliability, and support creative or business conversations that begin through the Services.

Bob Sessions
Bob is a live interactive character experience. If you choose to start a session, your audio may be processed in real time and the session may generate operational artifacts such as notes, summaries, transcripts, audio recordings, and related metadata.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, respond to inquiries, maintain records, support follow-up, improve the experience, and comply with legal obligations.
